Cutler working on Martz playbook
Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is working hard to learn new offensive coordinator Mike Martz’ playbook.
Cutler said he plans to reach out to recently retired quarterback Kurt Warner for some advice on the system.
Warner took Martz’ system and turned the St. Louis Rams offense into one of the best of all-time.
Before he gets advice from Warner, Cutler said he wants to continue to digest the playbook so he will know what questions to ask.
Martz believes Cutler already has a good grasp of his system and that Warner can help him even more.
